The HP 8630 and the 8620 offer almost any feature you could want in an MFP. It can print, scan, and fax, consisting of over a network, and it can work as a standalone photocopier, fax machine, and e-mail sender. It can also scan to and print from a USB memory key.
The MFP supports mobile printing as well. Connect it straight to a network by either Wi-Fi or Ethernet, and you can print to it through a Wi-Fi access point on your network from iOS, Android, or BlackBerry devices. Presuming the network is connected to the Internet, you can print through the shadow and benefit from HP’s Internet applications.

As with the HP 8630, the 8620 supports NFC Touch-to-Print, a relatively new standard that is not very extensive. HP says that the only mobile phone the printer will use at this writing is the HP ElitePad 900.
That said, the feature may become better over the printer’s lifetime. NFC Touch-to-Print is specified as a component of the Mopria Partnership standard, and a team consists of HP, Canon, Samsung, Epson, and Xerox, to name a few. If your present mobile phone or tablet computer does not support the standard, your next update might.

The 8620’s paper handling is a little bit varied. Because it is limited to a solitary 250-sheet tray without a manual feed, switching to various paper kinds could become an irritating hassle if you have to do it very often.

It also helps greatly that the 4.3-inch front-panel color display offers an adequately designed menu system that makes it easy to change setups and give commands.
