HP LaserJet 500 color M551 Driver – The HP LaserJet Enterprise 500 Color Printer M551dn published our business applications collection at a near-record clip for a shade laser. Its output quality is over average; production is appropriate for any standard business need, consisting of printing out basic marketing products.

This well-rounded printer (which also has a relatively inexpensive each published web page) is an easy pick as an Editors’ Choice workhorse color printer for a small business with medium to durable printing needs.

The M551dn measures 15.8 by 20.2 by 19.8 inches (HWD), is bigger than what you wanted to share a work desk with, and evaluates 76 extra pounds, so it’s best to use 2 individuals to relocate. Manages on the front panel beside the small, color LCD are minimal: Switches for Home, OK, Terminate, and Help. The display’s color is used primarily to show ink cartridge degrees.

The standard paper capacity is 600 sheets, split between a 500-sheet main tray and a 100-sheet multi-purpose feeder. The printer has an automated duplexer for printing on both sides of a paper.

(A variation without the duplexer, the M551n, is available from HP for $699.) An optional 500-sheet paper tray ($319 direct) is available for an optimum paper capacity of 1,100 sheets. The M551xh ($1,399 direct) includes the second 500-sheet tray as standard, plus a secured 250-GB hard disk drive.

HP LaserJet 500 color M551 Driver – The M551DN’s overall output is over average, thanks to excellent video and picture quality. Text quality is typical for a laser, which is great enough for any business except requiring desktop computer publishing applications that use very small font styles.

With the video, the shades were bright and looked reasonably real. Some black histories just weren’t quite as dark as a tester would certainly have suched as, and some very slim colored lines versus black accounts could have been sharper, but there was nothing else problems well worth mentioning.

The video is fine for printing out PowerPoint discussions, and the tester did feel comfortable handing the output bent on customers or associates the tester was looking for to thrill.

HP LaserJet 500 color M551 Driver – Picture quality was slightly over the same level. Shades looked slightly off in a pair of prints, but most approached real picture quality. Taken together, the text, video, and pictures should be appropriate for simple marketing products such as handouts, trifold pamphlets, or realty handouts showing pictures of residential or commercial homes.
