HP Photosmart 7525 Driver – There is a 25-sheet document feeder for the scanner, a meaty 125-sheet paper tray and a 20-sheet tray for picture paper (up to 5 x 7 inches). It can both print and scan in Duplex too.

The drawback, there is no second A4 (US letter) sized paper tray, and the scanner cover has fixed joints, so they can’t extend to accommodate thicker products.

However, the multifunction printer is comfortably great enough to solve home or small workplace. Is the difference between HP’s Officejet and Photosmart printer ranges blurred?

The HP Photosmart 7520 is related to your network through Wi-Fi or straight through USB; there is no Ethernet option. HP ePrint enables you to e-mail documents for your printer from internet-connected mobile phones, tablet computers and computer systems, and it is AirPrint-capable for printing from Apple devices.

Wireless direct printing enables you to earn a Wi-Fi link without a network and is also Google Shadow Print-ready. Its inkjet system uses 5 tanks: cyan, magenta, yellow and black, with a 2nd black storage container with pigment ink for top-quality text printing.

The HP Photosmart 7520 is easy to set up and use. Its 10.9cm (4.29-inch) colour touchscreen places all its functions within your reach, and you can view video clip overviews for upkeep jobs such as clearing a paper jam or changing invested ink cartridges.

Wi-Fi set-up is simple too – you will quickly connect to your network. The touchscreen is very receptive but not so twitchy that you’ll push switches by mishap simply by cleaning them.

Sadly, it can be unpredictable when scrolling through the paddle of downloaded and installed print applications atop the screen, but its basic function switches work well.

Overall development quality is excellent. It is strong and durable, with meaty paper trays and a strong ADF for the scanner. It has a pair of weak factors, however. The joints for the scanner cover do not extend or telescope when scanning something thick and meaty, which is an unexpected oversight considering how much initiative is made in bringing small-office features to the printer.

Also, the capture tray that holds your printouts is little greater than a sliver of plastic that must be a hand extended before printing.

Print Quality

Print quality is little except outstanding. Text printing is clear and strong, with well-specified personalities and hardly any bleeding. Perhaps it is not as noticeably vivid as a Canon or an HP Officejet, but it is so perfect that this hardly issues. Text remains understandable also at very reduced point dimensions too.

As well as being clear, text printing is also fast. Our 20-page test document was delivered in colour in under 2 mins, which isn’t much slower than you had anticipated from an HP Officejet. There had not been a tip of smudging or streaking either.

Typically, workplace printers stand out at text printing, but this photo-orientated model places in an extremely reputable efficiency. This is yet more proof that the difference between HP’s Officejet and Photosmart range is becoming repetitive.

HP Photosmart 7525 Driver – Printing our picture test picture on A4 (US letter) sized picture paper in the finest setting gave us lab-quality outcomes. With a near-perfect complexion and vibrant, vivid colours, the standard of the printout truly shone through. The greyscale ramp was almost above reproach, with no speckling, no green tint and just the barest tip of banding.
