Canon Drivers MX410 Review

Canon Drivers MX410 – Features are or else minimal, however, and the black ink is expensive. Regarding ink costs, Kodak’s ESP C310 is a better handle in this price range (albeit with various other restrictions).

The Pixma MX410’s design, while not state-of-the-art, is simple. The control panel’s LCD is just two-line monochrome, but the switches are logically put, the menus are easy to browse, and all standard functions require a couple of actions.

Configuration via USB is a wind, and you obtain a wizard and Wi-Fi Protected Configuration (WPS) for wireless installation. For another $50 (since this writing), the Pixma MX420 includes ethernet and fax; if you do not need any networking, Canon’s Pixma MX360 has a simple USB.

Besides the 30-sheet ADF, paper handling features are minimal, with a 100-sheet upright back feed and a front output tray. Duplexing is manual but consists of the ADF-you may scan two-sided documents in just two actions. Sadly, duplexing of any type isn’t sustain a simple Mac.

As with various Canon printers, text and monochrome output is absolutely nothing except excellent when you print in the best setting. Also, in a standard setting, it is remarkable. The Pixma MX410 also creates a lovely prepared copy, albeit at a slower speed than we’ve observed on various other devices.

Color rendering is smooth, but it brings on Canon’s custom of including an orangish color to everything. This produces a cozy, pleasant ambiance for some pictures, but with human faces, it often shows up as if your topics must have used spray-on tanner or hefty make-up.

Canon Drivers MX410 – The Pixma MX410’s speed suffices for home use. On the PC, web pages consist primarily of ordinary text and a couple of simple monochrome videos published for 5.6 web pages each min (ppm). Snapshot-size color pictures are published for 2.3 ppm on ordinary paper and 1.4 ppm on Canon’s shiny picture paper.

While Mac’s text speed mirrored that on the PC system, various other jobs-a PDF with a blend of text and color video on ordinary paper and a full-page color picture on picture paper-were a fair bit slower compared to average, at 0.7 ppm and 0.3 ppm, respectively-half the rate of most printers in this course.

The Pixma MX410’s ink costs are a bit greater than the average. Color’s not the issue: the standard-size tricolor cartridge (cyan, magenta, and yellow) costs $21.99 and lasts 244 web pages, which works on a good 8.6 cents each web page (CPP).

The high-yield color costs $27 and lasts 346 web pages or 7.7 CPP, which is also good. The black inks are more expensive than average: The standard, 220-page cartridge will set you back $16, and the high-yield one costs $22 for 401 web pages. That is 7.3 or 5.5 cpp respectively-not inexpensive in either case.

Canon Drivers MX410 – Canon’s Pixma MX410 is an excellent light-use choice amongst inexpensive models, mainly provided it’s by hand duplexing ADF-something missing out on from the like-priced Dell V313w and Epson Stylus NX420. If you print greater than a pair of web pages a day, however, it’d deserve your while to obtain a unit with better ink pricing.
